My chilhood (the birth of my litlle sis)
Well, I start from when I was 4 years old and I could not really understand what was happening around me, but something happend around that time that captured my attention as a child. It was the birth of my little sister and I still remember like it was yesterday, because what I heard that day stuck into my memory.
When my mum deliverd my sister she told me to kiss your little sister and I was extremly happy, maybe because it was the first time i had seen a baby in my life, and suddenly i heard my father saying OH GOD, A GIRL AGAIN. I asked my mum why he's saying this and what's wrong with girls. She told me you will know when you grow up.
Obvisouly I now know why, because of the descrimination that exists within muslim men between girls and a boys. Do you think it's fair and should it be allowed in islam? And worse still, is it right to say infront of a little child? What do you think?
